As the first full-size, full-modal, and domestically produced foundational model system in the country, the Xingchen Model demonstrates exceptional capabilities in semantics, speech, vision, and multimodal fields. In the semantic domain, the Xingchen Model has achieved significant breakthroughs. Leveraging a fully domestic 10,000-card cluster and training framework, this model reaches over 93% of the computational efficiency of NVIDIA's equivalent power, with a training duration ratio that is more efficient.

China Telecom has established a new AI technology company with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan. The company's business scope includes the development of artificial intelligence theories and algorithms, basic software, application software, and the sale of artificial intelligence hardware. China Telecom holds 100% of the company's shares. In November this year, China Telecom released the trillion-parameter model 'Stellar Semantics', which has shown significant improvements in aspects such as hallucination suppression, extrapolation windows, interactive experience, and multi-turn understanding.

China Telecom has released the trillion-parameter large model, Starry Semantics, which can reduce design costs by 95%. Starry Semantics is a self-developed large model by China Telecom, and its upgrade has led to significant improvements in four areas: hallucination suppression, extrapolation window, interactive experience, and multi-turn understanding. China Telecom has also launched more than ten industry large models covering fields such as education, healthcare, and tourism. Among them is the Starry Education large model, which can assess, comment on, and suggest improvements for a Chinese-English essay in just 15 seconds. Additionally, China Telecom plans to open source hundred-billion-parameter and trillion-parameter large models in the future.

China Telecom has released the first network large model in the field of information communication — Qiming. Qiming will enhance cloud network operation efficiency and open cloud network capabilities. Qiming promotes the application of intelligent technology in the development of various industries. Relying on China Telecom's business scenario needs and network data advantages, China Telecom plans to provide various forms of MaaS services.
